"We realize that service requirements vary from customer to customer. Empire Lock & Alarm wants to provide a flexible service plan that meets the unique demands of each customer.

Our Service Plan includes next business day by noon on-site service and offers discounts on labor and emergency services. This plan is designed for those customers who require better support of locks in multi-concept operations, which may have locks from more than one manufacturer.
Prices vary depending on level and number of locks per facility.
Without a service plan emergency service labor is billed at $85.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum from 9am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
Audit trail without a contract is billed $50.00 per lock with a normal service call of $75.00
We do realize some clients will want to purchase software and perform their own maintenance, we do not recommend this. This limits our ability to assist with recovery of information or audit.
When software is purchased from a third party we will not offer support for software issues.
